GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AURYNZ Tour & Travel Ltd

Booking Procedure We ask that the following details be included in your request, where relevant: Group size range, or passenger numbers Group or full passenger name(s) Firm dates, or expected period, of travel Flight schedule if known Hotel category required Meal plan required Local guide requirements Booking Confirmation & Payment To confirm our travel services we require your full travel details and a deposit. Once we have processed your inquiry, (usually within 72 hours), we will inform you of the deposit details, the final date for full payment, and any other necessary details. If we do not receive your initial deposit, or you do not make full and final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your travel order. See cancellation below. Payment of Deposit This deposit may be made forwarded to AURYNZ Tour & Travel Ltd - Christchurch within 7 (seven) days. All payments are requested in New Zealand dollars by bank draft, or telegraphic transfer to our New Zealand bank account. No foreign currency please. Remember that prices are in $NZ. Cancellation & Refunds Many operators charge at us a cancellation fee - in turn we may refund only part of your deposit or payment in the event of cancellation. After our confirmation of your reservation: A fee of NZ$30 applies to Self Drive Tours and Individual Tours. For cancellations within 30 days of pick up - The amount refundable is proportionally forfeited plus any cancellations imposed by the other suppliers used. EXAMPLE: 2 week notice prior to pick up = 50% cancellation fee. 1 week notice prior to pick up = 70% cancellation fee. No refunds are given on unused days (early returns). Disclaimer AURYNZ Tour & Travel Ltd - Christchurch reserves the right to alter prices, itineraries, arrange alternative transportation, accommodation or services, or to cancel bookings as we deem necessary. AURYNZ Tour & Travel Ltd - Christchurch will not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages resulting from activities under the control of other agents, including but not limited to claims for death, personal injury, machinery breakdown, delays, or additional expenses, which may arise when utilizing a service arranged through us.
